Gorgeous! I am super jealous. I have a teeny tiny cabinet in our kitchen and shelving in our dungeon... I mean basement. Wish I could have pretty storage.
The pantry looks just fine to me! I love all the colors!!
My pantry is also a made-over closet. It doesn't house food though, but lots of dishes, big pots, all my sets of china (well, almost all of them!).
It wouldn't help me to paint the walls, you can't see them, I have the closet well-packed! LOL

You asked for suggestions for spice organization. Depending on how many you have... If it's a small one, put a spice organizer on the inside of the door close to your stove for easy access.
If you have lots, use an over the door organizer for your
pantry to house cans and spices:)
